Most utilities offer service programs. But they don’t include things like preventive maintenance, priority service, or coverage for expensive parts. We know how to provide quality customer service, and have been doing so for many years. The utility waiting times are up to three days for emergencies we promise to he there within 24 hours.

We offer programs to meet your needs

We offer both residential and commercial parts and labor coverage. Most programs don’t cover properties over four families. We give customers the choice to select the program suited for their needs.

Our service technicians are trained to service both gas and oil heated equipment. They receive recurring training from manufacturers representatives that help us stay at top of the service industry.

PROGRAMS
Small Residential (1 to 4 families or mixed use less than 350,000 btu’s) ($249) - Includes labor and parts coverage for one atmospheric boiler anti one gas fired hot water heater. Additional gas hot water heater coverage $25.
Small Commercial (5 -16 families or mixed—use less than 950,000 btu’s) ($375) - Includes labor and parts coverage for one atmospheric boiler and one non-commercial gas fired hot water heater. Commercial gas hot water heater coverage $175.
Labor Only Program (atmospheric boilers only) ($150)
Excluded items: thermostats, heat timers. Tekmar heat controls, boiler coils, and non-atmospheric gas burners, and all plumbing work, All contracts are subject to field inspection prior to start-up. All preventive maintenance appointments are done between May I and September 30. There are no exceptions to this rule.
